Service Manager Masters ProgramFinally, training the Service Manager is convenient, in-depth and performed on-site at your dealership. Our program is designed for those newly promoted Service Managers or those who have never had any type of formal training. All to often individuals in this important position fail because they lack an understanding of the tools they have available to them and the key performance indicators they should be watching. The Service Managers Masters Program is designed to very effectively fill this critical need. Our trainers work on-site at your dealership, one-on-one with your Service Manager and staff. The process begins with a pre-evaluation that is conducted both over the phone and by reviewing financial information. All of our sessions are prepared and customized for your dealership and your people. The evaluation allows us to find where the time should be spent while we are in the store. First, we visit your dealership for two days to work directly with your staff. Then, we return after 45 to 60 days for a three-day visit to continue to make progress and to evaluate any improvements that have been made. Also included with this package is six months of phone follow-up, weekly performance indicators faxed to DTC and consultant help available on demand via email. All necessary training material and tracking forms and software are provided to you to get you started.
