Your Service Advisor creates a larger impression of your store than any other person in the company.  Have you provided the training that it takes to make them, and thusly your store, a success?  We now offer two-day, on-site Service Advisor training that is designed specifically to address the needs of YOUR operation.  Instead of sending your Service Advisors out of the store for a couple of days, or even a week, why not have our trainers come to you?

Our process begins with a pre-evaluation phone call to the Dealer/GM and the Service Manager to identify specific weaknesses or areas of opportunity to focus on during the visit.  Then, we design a training format that addresses those specific areas.  This is a targeted solution as opposed to standard training, where your Service Advisor sits in a classroom and absorbs general, non-specific information and may not even have enough time to ask pinpointed questions.

With our program, service lane observation, on-the-lane training and one-on-one coaching is performed over the course of two days.  Our visit is wrapped-up with a final meeting involving the Dealer/GM and the Service Manager to review accomplishments made during the visit.
